Welcome to  Quality Digitizing Online. The following Terms and Conditions govern
your use of this website. They describe your rights and
responsibilities. If you browse, visit or shop at this website you
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree
with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use this web site.
In the context of this website, "we" and "us" means  Quality Digitizing Online
and "you" means you, the customer or user of this website. These Terms
and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract
between you and us for the supply of products. No other Terms and
Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to
vary it in writing or by email.
Quality Digitizing Online reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and
Conditions at any time because of frequent changes in Internet
technology and applicable law. Therefore you should check these Terms
and Conditions from time to time for such changes.

We sell and deliver products ONLY WITHIN Australia.
Legal Age Restriction
Quality Digitizing Online does not knowingly accept orders from legal minors. You must
be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with
Quality Digitizing Online. By placing an order with Quality Digitizing Online through this website
you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age. Should
Quality Digitizing Online suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a
transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek
compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor
who placed the order(s) with us.

Product Prices
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on this
website represents the full price, including GST, for the product
itself.
We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices
however reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on
the Quality Digitizing Online website at any time without notice.
Ordering Products
You may place an order by filling in the Order Form on the Quality Digitizing Online
website and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
When you place an order with us, you are deemed to have made an offer
to purchase the product(s) you have chosen based on these Terms and
Conditions.
We will issue you with an Order Number by email after we have received
your offer to purchase the product(s).
We will notify you when we process your order by sending you an Order
Confirmation and tax invoice via email. Your offer can only be accepted
by us after it has passed our internal validation procedures, in order
to prevent credit card or payment fraud.
We retain absolute discretion to refuse service, terminate accounts,
remove or edit content, or cancel orders. If for any reason whatsoever
we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we
will contact you by email or telephone.
Payment Methods
We only accept payment through Visa and Mastercard to shortly BPAY.
Payment will not be processed until we receive all the relevant
information.
The processing of payment for Orders placed on a weekend or a Public
holiday will not begin until the next working day.
We retain absolute discretion to cancel the transaction if a BPAY
payment is not received by us within 10 days from the date that you
receive your Order Confirmation.
For BPAY payments, a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after
your payment has been confirmed. For credit card payments, you will receive
a tax invoice with your Order Confirmation via email. You must retain
your tax invoice as your proof of purchase. Your tax invoice must be
produced when you make any warranty claim or make any claim for a
refund, credit or replacement related to any defective product.
Credit Card Fraud
We employ the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for
transactions with our customers. However, we shall not be responsible
for any direct or indirect damage or consequential losses suffered by a
customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an
unauthorised manner.
Your Account Details
It is your responsibility to provide your exact email address, delivery
address, billing address and telephone number. Any incorrect
information provided may lead to a delay in delivering the product(s)
ordered by you.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password.
Only your password and account details are stored on a secure server
for ease of use in processing future orders or for warranty claims. No
credit card details are stored by us. The information is only used to
process your orders, for statistical purposes that may improve our
website and its services, and to allow us to notify you of special
offers or new products via our newsletters. Please refer to our Privacy Statement on this
website.
Delivery of Products
You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout
from placing your order. The estimated delivery times are in working
days-Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Normal delivery
is within 3 to 14 working days from the date of payment of your order.
We make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated
delivery time. The actual delivery times may change due to changes in
supply or circumstances beyond our control.
We encourage you to visit the "My Account" section on our website to
view the delivery status of your products. If your product(s) have not
arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us here.
Warranties and Refunds
Where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded under the
Trade Practices Act 1974 ("the Act"), our liability for breach of such
conditions and warranties (except for a condition or warranty implied
by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at our option, to the
replacement of the product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the
product(s) or of acquiring equivalent product(s).
You may seek a refund, credit or replacement if the product: 1.is or
becomes Dead on Arrival (DoA) through no fault of your own, 2.is not
fit for the stated purpose, 3.does not match the description on this
website, 4.has defects that were not obvious or which we did not bring
to your attention.
You are not entitled to a refund, credit or replacement if: 1.you have
changed your mind about the product, 2.you have made an incorrect
choice, 3.you subsequently found you could purchase the same or similar
product for a cheaper price elsewhere, 4.a defect was drawn to your
attention before you purchased the product, e.g. when products are
clearly described as second-hand or faulty, 5.you failed to verify
and/or accurately provide information when placing an order.
Where a product is determined as DoA we will arrange to replace the
product. A product is considered DoA if it shows symptoms of a failure,
or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging. A
Quality Digitizing Online Customer Service representative will determine whether the
product is DoA. Where Customer Service has determined that a product is
DoA, they will issue an Authorised Return Number (RA) to you. The
product should be returned to Quality Digitizing Online within 10 calendar days from
the issue date of the RA. We reserve the right to test any returned
DoA product, and to ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the
product was not your fault. Where a product has been determined to be
DoA, return delivery will be arranged at our expense. Where possible,
all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging
including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that
was delivered with the product.
An Authorised Return Number (RA) is required for both refunds and
replacement products. We will not accept the return of a product
without an RA. If your product arrives DoA or you find a defect arises
after delivery and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within
10 days of delivery, we will exchange the product where possible, or
refund the purchase price of the product to you.
A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be delivered
to you at our expense after we have received your returned DoA product.
Refunds will only be offered where a replacement product can not be
provided. Refunds include all delivery and related costs for the DoA
product. No refund will be given until we have received the DoA product
from you. Refunds will be issued by cheque or a credit to "My Account"
with Quality Digitizing Online.
If you contact us after the 10 calendar day period, Customer Service
will consider the merits of each claim, on a case by case basis. Where
we agree to replace the product or refund you the purchase price of the
product, you must first return the defective product to us. You will be
obliged to pay for the return of the product if the product is sent
after 10 days from delivery.
If the product is deemed NOT to be DoA, we may in our absolute
discretion refuse to replace the product or offer you a refund for the
product. If the condition of the product was misrepresented to us by
you, we will impose a $30.00 handling and administration fee on you.
Some products sold through Quality Digitizing Online are serviced and supported
exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance to its warranty terms.
For products advertised and sold with manufacturer's warranty, we
request that you first contact the manufacturer or supplier for
replacement or repair under the warranty terms. If the manufacturer is
unable to comply, we will replace the product or issue a refund of your
purchase price for that product.
Intellectual Property Rights
The material contained on this web site is protected by copyright. You
may use this web site only for your personal and non-commercial
purposes. Except to the extent permitted by relevant copyright
legislation, you must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish
or distribute the material on this web site, or create any other
material using material on this web site, without obtaining the prior
written consent of Quality Digitizing Online.
Trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and logos must not be
used or modified in any way without obtaining the prior written consent
of Quality Digitizing Online.
The web site, products, technology and processes contained in this web
site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by
third parties. No license is granted in respect of those intellectual
property rights other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Your use of this web site must not in any way infringe the intellectual
property rights of any person.
Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions described on this website shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be
subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
